As the Tuccillo Group’s real estate analyst, John is committed to helping clients understand where and how their properties fit in today’s market. To that end, he tracks current market trends, activity, and drivers in the area. Meticulously researching and evaluating these data points allows him to recommend profitable investment opportunities and confidently advise clients in financial matters.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap, John graduated from New York University with a BS in Real Estate. He has been a part of the Tuccillo Group since 2018.
